1. Return Policy

You have 14 calendar days to return a T-shirt from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • ✅ The T-shirt is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • ✅ The product has all original tags and labels attached.

  • ✅ The item is in its original packaging.

  • ✅ You have the receipt or proof of purchase from PrimeCans.

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Note: Returns must be initiated by contacting our customer service team first. Please do not send items back without prior confirmation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns for:

  • ❌ T-shirts that have been personalized or custom-made.

  • ❌ Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”.

  • ❌ T-shirts damaged due to customer mishandling, misuse, or improper care.

3. Refund Policy

Once we receive your returned T-shirt, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Refunds will be processed for:

  • Approved returned items.

  • Orders canceled before they have been shipped.

  • Items that are out of stock after an order has been placed.
